I provide private and small group yoga and meditation sessions online for those not living in the San Diego region or prefer remote options. I also have an outdoor yoga space for individual and small group sessions.

Additionally, I offer in-person one-on-one Yoga Therapy either in my home studio, or at your preferred location. Reiki sessions are offered from my home studio as well.

Many of my clients come to me post-rehab to continue their healing process. Because of my extensive knowledge of the human body, they trust that I will guide them toward moving with greater ease, confidence, and joy, as they transition to more balanced functionality. Through the lens of yoga techniques and philosophies, I offer poses and practices specifically suited for each individuals’ physical, energetic, and emotional needs.

Pricing: Private Yoga Therapy = 1-on-1 $85/60 min. ~ Private Yoga Therapy with Reiki = $95/75 min.

foundational yoga & small groups

I love offering one-on-one or small group private ‘foundational yoga’ sessions to those new to yoga, as well as for those who wish to delve deeper into the wide array of yoga styles and philosophies. These sessions build confidence and clarity so everyone feels comfortable practicing further on their own, or within broader group classes. Each person receives a personalized “take-home” mini-yoga practice they can play with and expand upon based, on their desires.

Pricing: Private session = $85/60 min. ~ Small group 60 min. session = $25/person, 5 person minimum

reiki

Reiki is one name for “universal life-force energy.” It is a practice wherein the universal energy is utilized to enhance one’s natural ability for healing. Reiki sessions with me can be scheduled as a stand-alone practice, or in combination with yoga therapy. Sessions are offered as either hands-off or hands-on.

Pricing: Stand alone = $65/60 minutes, or yoga and Reiki = $95/75 minutes

meditation

Meditation has been proven to be an excellent method to bring one’s attention into the “moment.” Research suggests that practicing meditation regularly can help ease anxiety and stress, and help one cope more readily to the demands of life. Meditation has been shown to lower blood pressure and helps people manage their pain more effectively. I offer guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and group practices.
